Shilpa Shetty was meant to be a part of an award ceremony for the companies in Dubai on Monday night, where they were honored the likes of Parineeti Chopra, Alia Bhatt and Nimrat Kaur. But she did cancel her flights at the last minute due to respiratory problems.
A source said: "Shilpa was flying out of the city for the weekend and attend the awards ceremony on Monday and conferring the honor 'great lady winner."
